In-Network
MindBody Integrative Counseling is currently in network with Aetna and Cigna insurance. It is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits for therapy prior to your appointment.
Out-Of-Network
MindBody Integrative Counseling is an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance, which is usually around 60%-80% per session.
If you would like to use your insurance’s out-of-network benefits, I will provide you a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. To find out if you have out-of-network benefits you would need to call your insurance company prior to your appointment.

For Aetna and Cigna Insurance:
Do I have coverage for mental health therapy? Service codes 90837 (individual therapy) and code 90791 (assessment session)
Do I have a deductible? If so, how much has been met for this year?
What is my copayment?
Do I have a limitation on sessions per calendar year?
For Out-of-Network Insurance:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health therapy? Service codes 90837 (individual therapy) and code 90791 (assessment session)
Do I have a deductible? If so, how much has been met for this year?
Once my deductible is met, what is my coinsurance rate?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?
Services Provided
Initial Assessment, 60 minute session, $200
Individual Sessions, 53-60 minute session, $200
Family Session, 53-60 minute session, $200
Clinical Consultation (for therapists), 60 minutes, $100
MindBody Integrative Counseling requires that you keep a current, active credit card on file to cover the cost of each session. Your credit card will be charged after the appointment. You may also use your HSA or FSA card.
Clients are responsible for all session fees at the time of service.
